APPLICATION PROCESS
Of course in order to pass the first step of screening at Apple, you need to prepare a killer job application. This includes resume or CV, as well as cover letter. INTERVIEW PROCESS
The interview process depends on the position you apply for are different, generally Apple's interview process is consisted of 2-4 rounds of interviews. The interviews is in a variety of forms, maybe group seminars, telephone interviews, one-to-one interviews. 🗣
Questions applicants usually encounter during the interview process are the following:
- 'What brings you here today?' (Software Engineer)
- 'Why should we hire you?' (Senior Software Engineer)
- Tell me something that you have done in your life which you are very proud of '(Software Engineering Manager)
- 'When you walk in the Apple Store as a customer, what do you notice about the store / how do you feel when you first walk in?' (Specialist)
- 'What's more important, fixing the customer's problem or creating a good customer experience?' (Apple At Home Advisor)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Apple Inc is available in more than 20 countries, with more than 450 shops worldwide, the work environment is varied from country to country, but generally it is excellent with a brand-new condition--simple and bright and full of creativity.
Apart from the excellency of product conditions, the office is also equipped with fitness facilities, basketball courts, table tennis and soccer fields.
At the moment, Apple has its European Headquarters in Mayfair, London, but it is so expanding itself to create new UK headquarters at London's Battersea Power Station.
The new headquarters is due to be open in 2021.
