Tips 2:  Go outside!

Fresh air, daylight, sunshine and even grey skies – nature will revitalise you and reward you with something beautiful when you go outside. It’s also a good idea to step away from your work to give your brain a break and re-energise.

Tips 5: Eat !

These are the months where we’re temped to slip the most, but when healthful eating matters a lot. When you’re already feeling sluggish and then you throw sugary, rich foods on top of that, you’re lucky to even answer an email, right? This doesn’t mean you can’t have anything fun to eat – just make sure you’re getting a well-balanced meal .

Tips 6: Don't hibernate

Remember the more you sleep, the more you would feel tired. Just make sure to get 6-8 hours of sleep. Avoid staying in bed all day, cause that will make you feel exhausted!
